My agent at Barnett Associates Real estate called me yesterday and told me that she had some new Snohomish County real estate she wanted to show me. We met for lunch and she brought out a porfolio of new homes which looked great. They were similar in design to my Marysville real estate properties and I think they had great investment potential. I decided to also take some look at some Snohomish County new construction homes because my agent said that new construction homes were currently very popular with most home buyers.
