Bill wanted to expand his business beyond the USA. His business was a seventy year old one, and used to sell jeans. His online site had already been a great hit, and was making approximately 50 sales a day- of varied amounts. Some customers took one, others two and some others three items. Bill had been bitten by the international ecommerce bug. Like some other competitors, he wanted to make his site a world market store. He needed to hire staff who specialised in global ecommerce- one for each continent. He asked his HR department to draft the advertisement and put it up on his site.
