Joe was very confused. Put a capital C in front of the confused. Trying to learn about  mortgages had left him in a spin. He was fed a lot of information by his friend- buy to let, interest only,  bad credit mortgages amongst others. And Joe is sadly, an average Joe. Not to belittle him or anything, but his comprehension skills were strictly average. He was by no means an idiot, but he did take a little more time than others. This was tougher than the time he had to learn about secured loans, he reckoned. Finally his friend scheduled a tea meeting with the manager of a local bank . Over the informal session, Joe learnt a lot and was greatful to his friend.
